• Do you deliver to my area?

      Please see the delivery page of this website. It shows all the locations we deliver to free of            charge on orders over £100.

• How long will a bulk bag amount of logs last?

      Impossible to answer... unfortunatley! It all depends on the efficiency of your stove, the size of        your room, how hot you run your fire, etc. etc. etc.

      Buying from'Flaming Logs', you are buying a quality fuel which is dry and a premium                        species which will burn clean, hot and efficiently.

      

• How big are the logs?

      Our logs are cut to approximately 250mm (10 inches) long. They are split into a nice size to            suit most log burners. Please measure the firebox of you burner to ensure they will fit.

• Do you stack the logs in our log store?

      No. We do not offer this as a service.

 

• Will you get the bulk bag around the back of our house?

      The bulk bags are lifted off our vehicle with a hiab crane. Due to their size and weight, we              can't move the bags any further.

• What happens with the bulk bag once we are finished with it?                                               The bulk bag is yours to re-use or we can collect the bag from you on your next order.

• What type of timber are the logs?

      All of our logs are premium species. The hardwood is usually a mix of Ash, Sycamore, Beech,          Cherry.

     The softwood is usually Larch, Douglas Fir, and Cedar.
